Finally! The DVD release of the film will happen this Fall, just in
time to commemorate this transformative moment in America's history
that took place last November. Due to popular demand, we have
decided to do a 10-city outreach and promotional tour of the film.
We're hoping to kick off the tour on August 28th in Washington DC,
with an event entitled "Remembering the Dream" in commemoration of
Dr. Martin Luther King's "I have a Dream" speech that he gave in
the nation's capital on that very day, 46 years ago. We may
duplicate this event in New York or/and Miami as well. We are
meeting with various partners this week. We are currently working
out the details for this event and will definitely keep you posted.
As you may know, film marketing and promotion is a costly process
and we simply cannot do it alone. Our budget for covering outreach
and promotion and duplication of a set amount of DVDs is elevated
at $50,000. Our goal is to raise this amount within the next month
so we may successfully launch the promotional tour late August. (A
full breakdown of how this money will be spent can be provided upon
request). Check out our page "How to get Credit and many Perks"
